Position Summary

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the nursing team while ensuring the highest quality of care for our resident Veterans. This role is responsible for supervising daily nursing operations, promoting regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports both residents and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
  • Monitor resident care to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional service
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and well-being
  • Assist with staff development, training, and performance management
  • Promote a positive, resident-centered culture of care

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate nursing staff while fostering a team-oriented environment

Preferred

  • Previous experience as an RN Supervisor
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care experience
