Position: RN Supervisor (RNSUP) Carlisle, PA Location: Carlisle Nursing & Rehab, Carlisle, PA 17015 Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr Contract Length: 5 Weeks (10/01/2026 10/29/2026) Shift: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Carlisle Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support daily clinical operations in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure high-quality patient care and resident safety.
Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow.
Monitor compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Provide clinical guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs.
Handle resident concerns, incident reporting, and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan implementation.
Requirements
Active RN License.
Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staff and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
