Job Title: Nursing Supervisor (RN) Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule: Must be available to work every other weekend Pay Rate: $80–$85 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during the evening shift in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of quality resident care
Ensure compliance with all DOH and federal regulations for long-term care facilities
Maintain survey readiness at all times
Perform resident assessments and oversee admissions from hospital to nursing home
Review, develop, and monitor baseline and comprehensive care plans
Ensure accurate and timely completion of GG documentation and nursing documentation standards
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding clinical best practices
Assist with unit-based tasks and direct patient care as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting
Strong knowledge of DOH and federal LTC regulations
Proven experience with admissions, assessments, and care planning
Familiarity with GG documentation and regulatory documentation standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
Must provide complete nursing credentials and documentation
Willingness to undergo nationwide background check and/or fingerprinting
