What You'll Do:  

  • Deliver exceptional, resident-centered nursing care with compassion and professionalism
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to nursing team members 
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards, organizational policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Conduct resident assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Address clinical issues, emergencies, and urgent resident needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain clear communication with residents’ families and representatives
  • Cultivate a safe, efficient, and resident-focused care environment


What You'll Need:   

  • Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required) 
  • Previous supervisory experience in long-term care setting (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
