RN Supervisor (Oncology) – Direct Hire Location: Antioch, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | On-site Salary: $180,000–$197,600 per year
Key Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:
Lead and support Lead RNs across all sites; ensure consistent policies, protocols, and standards of care
Oversee staffing, scheduling, coverage planning, PTO approvals, and FTE allocation aligned to volume and budget
Conduct performance evaluations for Lead RNs and support staff development
Serve as liaison between nursing, pharmacy, and administrative leadership
Manage nursing budget performance; review productivity benchmarks and staffing models
Drive standardization of training programs (nursing/pharmacy/infusion support)
Ensure regulatory and safety compliance (ex: OSHA, USP <800>, Joint Commission, CA Board of Nursing)
Lead quality/process improvement using site-level metrics (throughput, wait times, error trends)
Support rollout of new clinical programs, technologies, and infusion modalities
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
Active California RN license
Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy
FSA/HSA /Transit & Dependent Care pre-tax programs
