We're seeking a confident and compassionate RN Supervisor to join a wonderful long-term care facility known for its supportive leadership, collaborative team, and nurturing environment.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- No weekends
- No mandatory overtime
What You'll Bring:
- Current RN license
- Previous RN Supervisor or leadership experience in long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for providing exceptional resident care
