Lacon Rehab & Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
Pay:
Up to $45.00/hour
Rate based on experience and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Support and oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure quality care
- Assist with care planning and clinical coordination
- Promote a positive, team-focused environment
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
- Direct hire (no agency)
