Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations on an assigned unit
Support and supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
Ensure quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
Assist with care coordination and clinical oversight
Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license required
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
