RN Surgery

A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role: 

·         Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs 

·         Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings

·         Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care 

·         Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record 

·         Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

·         Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. 

·         ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.  

·         One year of experience preferred 

·         ASLS certification preferred
