The posted compensation range of $72.99 - $72.99 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our RN Surgery, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns. To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Per Diem I – Has at least two years of RN experience and must agree to work 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday, 6 shifts per 6 week period and 2 of which shall be weekend shifts per 6 week period.
