About the Role

As the RN Critical Access Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, serving as a clinical expert and resource for the team. You'll help ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassionate care.

This position provides leadership coverage for both the Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit, helping coordinate daily operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily department operations
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and patient care priorities
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
• Support staff development, education, and performance improvement
• Collaborate with providers, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient flow coordination
• Deliver direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practice
• Promote a positive, patient-centered care environment

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington State RN license
• Minimum two years of recent RN experience in a related specialty area
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience
• BLS certification upon hire
• ACLS, ENPC, ENCC, PALS, and NRP certifications at hire
• Washington State Food Handler Card at hire
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
