RN Team Manager – Hospice Clinical Services

As our RN Team Manager, you’ll lead an interdisciplinary team, support exceptional patient care, and help your clinicians succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and other team members
• Coordinate weekly IDG meetings and patient care plans
• Monitor documentation, quality, compliance, and patient outcomes
• Coach staff through complex clinical situations and symptom management
• Help with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
• Partner with leadership to improve care and support our patients and families

What You Bring

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of hospice, palliative, or related clinical experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A genuine passion for compassionate end-of-life care
