We’re hiring a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected hospital system in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be confident in cardiac monitoring, interpreting rhythms, and providing compassionate care to patients requiring continuous telemetry observation.

Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms accurately.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
Document all care and patient responses in compliance with hospital policy.
Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
Active RN license (KY or Compact State).
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Cardiac Step-Down experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
