We’re hiring a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected hospital system in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be confident in cardiac monitoring, interpreting rhythms, and providing compassionate care to patients requiring continuous telemetry observation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms accurately.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.

• Document all care and patient responses in compliance with hospital policy.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements

• Active RN license (KY or Compact State).

• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Cardiac Step-Down experience.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
