General job duties. Types of procedures required. Cardiac Monitoring, Anti arrhythmia infusions. Post op Open heart surgery, throacotomy, AMI/Stemi. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Computerized charting, scanning of medications, Telemetrymetrymetry Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 2 years recent Telemetrymetry experience. Cardiac Monitoring experience. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) Active BLS, NIHSS and ACLS - must be American Heart Assoc. Active MD or compact state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements. ) 12 hour shifts, every other weekend. No call. Holidays. Never alone. Floating to over units/departments. Only possible pull would be to medical surgical area. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 30 bed unit Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 1:4-6 Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.
