Travel Float Pool RN – Tucson, Arizona (13-Week Contract)

• Location: Tucson, AZ

• Start Date: ASAP

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

• Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, must work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

• Float: Required across multiple departments as needed

We’re seeking a flexible and experienced Travel Float Pool RN to join a dynamic healthcare team in Tucson, AZ. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive in variety, adapt easily, and are eager to make a difference across multiple departments.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact)

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years RN experience

• Strong adaptability and willingness to float between departments

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of units depending on patient needs and staffing.

• Adapt quickly to different workflows, policies, and patient populations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Deliver compassionate, safe, and efficient care while maintaining flexibility in assignments.
