What Youll Do
Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice and standards
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Delegate and coordinate responsibilities with licensed and ancillary staff
Educate patients and families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and procedures
Maintain accurate documentation to support patient outcomes
Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and hospital policies
What You Need
Required:
Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Proficiency with computers and web-based applications
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty such as telemetry or critical care
