    Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)


    Job Summary

    Harvest Talent Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry unit. This role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating nursing care for patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with all clinical standards.


    Employment Type: Full Time

    Shift: 12-Hour shifts | Day & Nights available

    Location: New Freedom, PA 17349

    Compensation:$38.00 to $52.00 per hour, based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials available for nights and weekends.


    Essential Job Functions

    • Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care
    • Follow physician’s orders in the delivery of nursing care
    • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times
    • Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques
    • Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
    • Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
    • Assemble equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures; perform or assist others with procedures or treatments
    • Provide care in accordance with legal, hospital/facility, departmental policies, and standards defined by the state Board of Nursing


    Other Job Functions

    • Perform all assigned Quality Assessment activities and document appropriately
    • Attend staff meetings or company-sponsored/mandated meetings as required
    • May float to alternate locations based on staffing needs and patient care requirements
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and operations


    Required Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, required; BSN preferred
    • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
    • Minimum of 2 years full-time RN experience in Telemetry, or 2+ years combination experience in related healthcare positions
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • PALS strongly preferred (ENPC may substitute for PALS)
    • Certifications may be obtained prior to starting, if not currently held
    • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
