What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills
• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond effectively to emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility protocols
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Assist in unit workflows, delegating tasks appropriately

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• 2+ years of telemetry experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Experience in fast-paced hospital environments
