Full Time, M-F No weekends No holidays!
Schedule is either 8:30-5 or 9-5:30
Responsibilities
+ Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
+ Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
+ Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
Required Work Experience:
+ Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
+ Minimum of 2- 3 years of nursing experience ideally working for primary care or doing telephonic triage
+ Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
Schedule and Location
+ Location - High Street Health Center, 140 High St. Springfield MA
+ Full TimeMonday - Friday 9-5:30PM
+ No weekends No holidays!
+ Sign On Bonus Eligible for external candidates with 1 year of experience

Compensation
Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$72,800.00 - $101,774.00 - $130,728.00
