Requirements:- Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
- Previous nursing leadership experience.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:- Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to follow policies.
- Supervise patient care, including assessments, medications, and documentation.
- Participate in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff for their professional growth.
- Monitor compliance, maintain quality standards, and conduct audits for improvement.
- Respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
