Position Title: RN Unit Manager
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87112
Duration: 07 weeks contract with all possible extension
Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Assess residents' conditions, develop and update care plans, and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.· Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor infection prevention and control practices to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Minimum 1 year of RN UM experience preferred
- Preferred EMR System: PCC
- Knowledge of basic patient care , vital signs, and ADLs
- Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition.
