Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit CoordinatorChautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Dunkirk, NY

As an RN UC, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care while also coordinating staff and ensuring that your unit runs smoothly. This role is perfect for an experienced RN who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about mentoring others while maintaining the highest quality of resident care.
What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee daily nursing operations for your assigned unit
+ Provide direct resident care and clinical supervision
+ Support, train, and guide CNAs, LPNs, and fellow nurses
+ Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
+ Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
+ Monitor staffing, scheduling, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
+ Current NYS RN license in good standing
+ Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Commitment to providing exceptional, resident-centered care
