We are seeking a confident and compassionate RN Unit Manager to provide hands-on clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day nursing operations within our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring safe, high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, collaborative environment for residents, families, and staff.
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical leadership and daily nursing operations of an assigned unit. You'll serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, a trusted liaison for residents and families, and a key partner to the interdisciplinary care team.
