RN (Urology)

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour

Summary:

• Schedule: 8:00A - 4:00P

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care, assess and evaluate patients’ needs, and apply critical thinking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team in development, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients.
• Prioritize all aspects of patient care.
• Escalate potential safety hazards or gaps.
• Utilize institutional information technology by documenting nursing practice to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of urology experience.
• One (1) year of traveler experience.
• BSN.
• NYS RN License.
• BLS Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Epic Experience.
