Connected Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Tripoli, Iowa.

This Weekend Warrior position is ideal for an RN who wants a consistent three-day schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and patients.

Schedule

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM
• Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents/patients
• Assess patient needs and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with CNAs, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Follow all applicable nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
