We’re in search of an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) join our Women's Care Clinic Team supporting our Gynecologic Oncology patients.
Help us support and care for women facing some of life's most challenging diagnoses. In this role, you'll partner with our Gynecologic Oncologist, Physician Assistant, and RN Navigator to coordinate care, support procedures and consultations, provide patient education, and help ensure every patient receives compassionate, seamless care throughout her treatment journey.
You'll care for women diagnosed with gynecologic cancers and complex conditions such as endometrial, ovarian, cervical, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar cancers, along with precancerous gynecologic conditions.
What You’ll Do:
Triage patient concerns, assess symptoms, and communicate clinical updates with providers
Provide patient care coordination, surveillance, and education
Partner closely with our Gynecologic Oncologist and Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.
Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare charts for provider visits.
Assist our Oncologist and Physician Assistant with in person visits, consultations, and telehealth visits.
Monitor and maintain clinical supplies, ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use.
Assist with in-office procedures, perform lab draws and incision checks
Receive, review, and coordinate incoming patient referrals
OR scheduling and postoperative follow-up calls and assessments
Collaborate with the RN Navigator to ensure seamless coordination of care
Who You Are:
An experienced RN with gynecology or oncology experience strongly preferred.
A confident, self-directed clinician with strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Skilled in communicating clearly and compassionately who thrives on building meaningful patient relationships.
Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
An excellent communicator who collaborates effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Passionate about providing exceptional, patient-centered care and education
Committed to supporting patients and families with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications:
Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana (required).
Oncology or Gynecology experience highly preferred.
BSN preferred.
Healthcare Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
Working knowledge of medical office equipment, instruments, infection control, and clinical procedures.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and safe handling of clinical materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, Monday - Friday. No Holidays, no weeekends.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
