- RN Wound Care
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- BSN preferred.
- Related certification in Wound Care preferred.
- 6 months of wound care experience required, preference for out pt wound care clinic experience
