RN - Wound Care

Seeking a dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse to support inpatient and outpatient wound management services.

Position Overview:

The Wound Care RN will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with complex wounds, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize healing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct wound assessments and measurements

• Perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes

• Educate patients and families on wound care management

• Collaborate with case management and providers

• Maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• Wound care certification (WCC or CWCN preferred)

• 2+ years wound care or med/surg experience
