Seeking a dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse to support inpatient and outpatient wound management services.
The Wound Care RN will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with complex wounds, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize healing outcomes.
Conduct wound assessments and measurements
Perform advanced wound treatments and dressing changes
Educate patients and families on wound care management
Collaborate with case management and providers
Maintain detailed documentation
Active RN license
Wound care certification (WCC or CWCN preferred)
2+ years wound care or med/surg experience
