• Safety planning
• Behavioral Health experience (preferred) Primary Responsibilities: Message management Patient email responses and callbacks Medication dose adjustment support Crisis calls and walk-in support De-escalation and welfare checks Administering injections Nasal Ketamine treatments Additional Training: RN will be trained as a backup for TMS coverage when needed
