Key Responsibilities
RNs & LPNs:
Deliver direct clinical care, administer medications, and perform physician-ordered treatments.
Conduct resident assessments, track care plans, and chart clinical progress.
Provide daily mentorship and direction to CNAs and nursing team members.
Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, and resident families.
CNAs:
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility).
Check and document vital signs, reporting any changes in resident condition to unit nurses.
Foster a safe, clean, and comforting environment that honors resident dignity.
Qualifications
RN / LPN: Active Maine RN or LPN license (or active compact state license).
CNA: Active state certification on the Maine CNA Registry.
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to senior care.
