Gem State Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking**Road
Maintenance Laborer**for a**full-time position**in**Jerome, Idaho**.
This is alabor-focused jobnot a truck driving position, but a**v**alid
Class A CDLisrequired. Youll perform a range of physical tasks on job
sites includingconstruction labor,grounds maintenance, andequipment
assistance.
These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and
take pride in keeping roads, parking lots, and properties safe during
winter weather conditions. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a CDL,
and are dependable with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Performgeneral construction and labor workon active job sites
- Completegrounds maintenanceandlandscaping tasks
- Operate or assist withequipment and tools(e.g., backhoes, hand
tools)
- Load, unload, and move materials around the site
- Follow instructions and maintain safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Note:**You will not be driving regularly, but a valid CDL is required
for this position.
