Project Coordinator

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $61,000

Reports To: Director of Behavioral Health

Position Summary

The Project ROAD Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of all Project ROAD grant activities. The coordinator ensures compliance with SAMHSA grant requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations while providing operational leadership for grant-funded services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation and implementation of Project ROAD grant activities.
• Supervise grant-funded staff and monitor service delivery to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with SAMHSA requirements, grant objectives, and organizational policies.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, participant outcomes, and required performance measures.
• Collaborate with the project evaluator to collect, analyze, and report program data.
• Prepare reports and documentation required for grant management and program evaluation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support successful implementation of the grant.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health services.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented services.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.
• Travel up to 15% for outreach, partner meetings, and community engagement.
• Work is performed in office, clinic, and community settings.
