Road Service Technician – Big Rig One Stop (Sparta, KY)

Big Rig One Stop is a rapidly growing semi service, repair, towing, and recovery business based in Sparta, KY. We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Road Service Technician to join our expanding team and help keep our clients moving with fast, reliable roadside support.
What You’ll Do:
•Respond to breakdowns and service calls in the field
•Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on-site (tires, brakes, electrical, etc.)
•Operate service trucks and use mobile tools and equipment safely and effectively
•Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers
•Ensure timely, professional, and courteous service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
•Prior experience in diesel, mechanical, or roadside service (preferred)
•Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge
•Ability to work independently under pressure
•A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or on-call rotations as needed

Location: Based in Sparta, KY – travel within service area required
Schedule: Full-time, with potential for on-call and overtime
