Required Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will also have experience with automotive or industrial equipment, diesel or gas engines, welding, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently.
WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS OUR MOBILE MECHANIC?
This full-time roadside assistance position works Monday–Friday with a consistent 8:00 am–4:30 pm daytime schedule, including paid drive time.
Your day as a Mobile Mechanic starts by heading out in your company van to customer sites, where you assess equipment issues by listening to customer concerns, testing systems, and identifying mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures. You perform repairs safely and efficiently, test equipment to confirm it's operating properly, and document parts usage accurately while coordinating with the parts department when replacements are needed. Along the way, you maintain your van, keep inventory organized, complete PM checklists, and ensure safety decals and operator manuals are present and legible, ending each day knowing customers can rely on the work you've done.
