RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, is seeking a Tennessee Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) at our Oak Ridge, TN, location.
This peer support position will be part of the startup team for the ROADs (Road to Recovery) program which will create partnerships and significantly expand Ridgeviews work in opioid abatement. The CPRS schedule will be Saturday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm. The ROADs program will begin January 1, 2026.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB DUTIES The ROADs CPRS position is an integral part of Ridgeviews recovery program and is a member of the clients support team. This position will be aligned with Ridgeviews Inpatient Unit and will assist and support consumer self-help, advocacy, and education about substance use and co-occurring disorders. Through Peer Recovery Support, consumers develop their own program to supplement existing mental health services or provide an alternative to those services.
