PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll be the hero drivers need when they're stranded — making a real difference every single day. If you love working independently, solving problems on the go, and helping people in their time of need, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls throughout the DFW area
Perform tire changes
Perform battery jump-starts and battery installations
Provide fuel delivery services to stranded motorists
Perform vehicle lockout services safely and efficiently
Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding ETA and service updates
Maintain service tools, and equipment in clean, working condition
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST have reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
