Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the job is completed properly, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine calls: Tire Changes, Car Door Unlocking, Gas Deliveries, Air on Tires, Jumpstart Assistance and installation of batteries, ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
Critical thinking to solve problems in the field
Ensure tickets are closed out accordingly, charging customers appropriately, keeping track of van inventory.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop solutions.
Excel in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in vehicle battery installs and ability to properly change a tire or a similar technical field is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters, phone etiquette with knowledge on how to use square/scanpay.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
