Roadside Technician

The Roadside Technician plays a crucial role in providing timely and effective assistance to drivers experiencing vehicle issues. This position involves servicing a variety of vehicles including passenger cars, commercial trucks, and other mixed vehicle types. The technician operates primarily within local and regional areas and must be available for on-call shifts to promptly address roadside emergencies and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct tire repairs and replacements on site
• Replace and test vehicle batteries for reliability
• Top up essential fluids such as oil, coolant, and windshield washer
• Carry out emergency roadside repairs to restore vehicle functionality
• Provide friendly and clear customer assistance throughout service calls
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Adhere strictly to safety compliance standards during all service activities
• Document service reports and communicate with dispatch accurately

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
