Roadway Design Engineering Associate The Roadway Design Engineering Associate is an early to mid-career professional who supports the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects. This role focuses on developing technical competence, applying engineering fundamentals, and delivering quality work with increasing independence. Individuals at this level work closely with project managers and senior engineers and are building the experience required for full professional responsibility. We are looking for candidates who enjoy learning, innovation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
