- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across multiple project sites
- Document findings, track corrective actions, and verify they stick
- Coach and guide project teams - without needing direct supervisory authority to make an impact
- Analyze inspection trends and escalate issues that need leadership attention
- Build strong relationships with customers, contracting officers, and site management
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or a similar service environment
- A valid driver's license (held 3 years) and comfort with frequent travel
- Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to read and apply complex contract requirements
- A collaborative, positive attitude - and genuine respect for the people you'll serve
