Input findings into the Quality Management System.Root Cause Analysis: Partner with production supervisors and manufacturing engineers to investigate defects and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).Qualifications & SkillsRequired:Experience: 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing, assembly, or aerospace/automotive environment.Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, thread gages).Mobility & Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move across a large facility floor for the duration of a shift.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback to production teams objectively.Preferred:Experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 quality management systems.ASQ (American Society for Quality) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) designation.Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsEnvironmentPhysical Demands Active manufacturing floor; exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery.
