We are seeking an experienced Robot / Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ABB robotic welding systems. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, troubleshooting, optimizing robotic applications, and supporting manufacturing automation.

Title: Robot / Automation Engineer
Location: Dodge Center, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Program, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB RAPID programs for robotic welding applications.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding systems, weld schedules, torch calibration, touch sensing, and seam tracking.
• Diagnose and resolve robotic, electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues.
• Support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Commission and integrate new automation equipment and robotic systems.
• Work with industrial electrical systems, schematics, controls, and safety circuits.

Required Skills

• 5 7 years of relevant automation or robotics engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience programming ABB welding robots.
• Proficiency in ABB RAPID programming.
• Experience troubleshooting robotic welding and manufacturing automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
