As a Robot Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art robotic machinery. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor robotic machinery to produce high-quality products

- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper functioning

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating robotic machinery

- Forklift experience and certification preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

- Good communication and teamwork skills
