Responsibilities:
- Program Robotic Welders
- Train employees in the proper use of the robotic welding process
- Adjust programs as needed for each architectural drawing
Duties/Responsibilities: - Addresses and resolves programming issues and inconsistencies
- Ensure safe operation of equipment
- Collaborate with managers to develop and modify processes and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read and decipher blueprints and architectural drawings
- Familiar with welding processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Education and Experience: - Background in welding and fabrication required
- At least 5 years of programming experience
