• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing automated palletizers and related automation equipment
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems and industrial automation equipment
• Experience with robot brands such as FANUC, Yaskawa/Motoman, KUKA, Nachi, Janome, SCARA, or similar
• Expertise in mechanical systems, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, actuators, motion controls, and PLCs
• Experience with servo motors, drives, sensors, vision systems, and assembly automation equipment
• Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and program automated systems
• Strong technical and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to train operators and maintenance personnel
• Lead, support, and execute installation activities for automated palletizing systems and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on robotic and automated material handling equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Complete equipment upgrades, replacements, and retooling projects
• Configure, program, calibrate, and maintain robotic systems and automation equipment
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
