From the launch of Robotaxi on MY in 2025 to the revolutionary Cybercab product coming this year, team Robotaxi is at the cutting edge of AV technology. In this role, you ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world fleet performance, translating complex operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging industry experience with advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize fleet performance at scale.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including vehicle utilization, ride completion rates, downtime, and route efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reports to track fleet health, operational bottlenecks, and service quality metrics
- Identify trends and anomalies in fleet behavior to proactively address issues before they impact operations
- Deploy and manage accurate AI agents for automated data gathering and predictive analytics
- Drive process improvements through collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams
- Support demand forecasting and infrastructure capacity planning initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI agents or AI-powered tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants, automation platforms, or intelligent analytics systems) in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with engineering, legal, and operations teams
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, mobility, logistics, or transportation industries
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics data
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to operational problems
- Experience with real-time data pipelines and monitoring systems

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
