About the Role
Picture the start of your shift: you review the day’s prints, set up your MIG equipment, and rotate between manual welds and a robotic cell. You’re laying down strong, consistent beads in multiple positions, then switching to the console to run and fine-tune robotic programs. Between cycles, you verify placement and penetration, keep your area organized, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets. Prefer extra hours? There’s plenty of overtime available to help you increase your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding for structural integrity in all positions
- Operate welding robots as needed and monitor cycle performance
- Inspect robotic welds for accuracy, quality, and correct location
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment
What You Bring
- Hands-on MIG welding experience
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Background with ARC, MIG, gas welding, torch cutting, grinding, and slag removal
- Capability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong quality mindset
