The Role Robotic Integration Associate - Yomi Robotic Guidance System
The Robotic Integration Associate (RIA) is responsible for clinical sales, technical expertise, and customer support of the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System. The primary responsibility will be to support regional sales activity as it relates to system utilization.
Responsibilities Work with Robotic Integration Specialists and Robotic Business Director to support regional sales strategies that assist in driving increased utilization at current accounts. Manage a portfolio of 5-7 local assigned accounts. Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education. Assist Robotic Integration Team in the training and education of new and existing accounts. Work with the Robotic Integration Specialists to identify and support opportunities to drive existing program growth. Assist with the planning and execution of customer education events and tradeshows. Assist in meeting and exceeding regional quarterly and annual utilization quotas. Support universities, VA facilities, and hospitals in account management activities. Escalate membership upgrade opportunities and future Yomi sales to the RIS or Senior RIS.
Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Google Docs. Travel up to 75. Open to relocation. Clean driving record required. Sales experience preferred. Startup experience preferred. Dental and/or private practice experience preferred.
Additional Information This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. This is not a supervisory position. The position will require up to 70 travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. This job operates in a clinical environment in the dental practice. This position requires the regular use of computer planning software & external hard drives. Regular use of the Yomi robot - train the trainer. Prolonged standing in the dental operatory. Ability to lift, push, carry items up to 50 pounds. Extensive driving depending on the region. Exposure to moderate-loud noise.
